Man Utd Boss Amorim Admits He Cannot Run From Underwhelming Performance

Man Utd manager Ruben Amorim confesses he is unable to ignore from his poor statistics and says it is understandable that club former stars are criticizing him.
Recently, United's all-time goalscorer Wayne Rooney stated on his podcast that "the spirit has disappeared" from his former team.
Amorim has achieved just eighteen victories from his forty-nine matches in control, featuring 9 out of 33 in the Premier League, where he has yet to achieve two consecutive victories.
Despite the fact that high-level club sources are adamant that the club owner remains behind the manager, failure to defeat newly promoted their next opponents on Saturday will trigger renewed speculation about his role heading into the upcoming fortnight pause in domestic football.
"This is understandable," said the Portuguese manager, when questioned about Rooney's comments. "You can't run away from the performance."
